PILATES is a discipline in which body and mind are in close liaison. If you practise other sports, Pilates improves the 'balance, posture and the lengthening of the muscles, as well as preventing injuries and improving sport performances.
Maintaining the right muscle tone with PILATES doesn’t mean increasing the muscle mass, but lengthening and toning the muscles, allowing a wide range of movements in a harmonic body.
PILATES is considered an effective discipline in postural rehabilitation. By controlling every single movement and by constantly working the abdominal and lumbar muscles it reduces the risk of injuries and prevent dorsal and lumbar pain. Keeping a correct posture is a good habit, but above all, the spine, often overloaded by daily incorrect positions, will greatly benefit from it. The blood circulation and the breathing will also benefit from a correct posture and a good level of fitness, and body and mind will feel infused by a new energy.

The Mat Work is a separate program of global gymnastics, which is easy to remember, and therefore allows a workout feasible without assistance.
With Mat Work all muscles are exercised and coordination is maintained among all muscle groups that have not been properly used for a long time.
Every movement is explained and performed without using any resistance even if the person cannot run perfectly.
Once you reach a satisfactory level of implementation, you can add "gym band” to the wrists and / or ankles to increase the load of exercise and get more cardiovascular involvement.
Traditional Personal Trainer -
The traditional Personal trainer checks the exercise execution, offers training programs for the achievement of personal goals
Small Group Personal Trainer -
